Maintenance Supervisor

Lead maintenance operations by hiring, training, and supervising team members while overseeing contractors and coordinating schedules based on census needs and labor budgets. Conduct fire system inspections, document findings, and coordinate monthly drills to promote safety and compliance. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for HVAC, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators. Inspect, maintain, and repair these systems while managing supply ordering and adhering to budget guidelines. Provide job-specific training to staff and ensure all equipment meets regulatory standards.
