Job Summary
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, performing and coordinating building maintenance and repairs. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program while ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and operating efficiently. Prioritize projects and manage multiple maintenance needs in compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment for staff. This full-time role offers $18-$20 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Building maintenance and repair experience required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service for our residents
