Job Summary
Lead service maintenance activities by scheduling tasks, ordering supplies, and independently troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues while managing vendor relationships and staying within budget. Coordinate work order reports, communicate action plans to residents and contractors, and train service team members to ensure quality work and curb appeal. Manage expenses and maintain strong vendor partnerships while adhering to CRC standards. Requires EPA certification, 2-3 years of multifamily experience, and participation in on-call rotation. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of Service Manager experience in multifamily
- EPA required
- CPO required (must be willing to get it quickly)
- Ability to independently troubleshoot maintenance concerns
- Ability to assess and address problems quickly

Desired Qualifications
