Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision
- HVAC certification

- experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems
- reliable transportation and ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies
- high school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred)
