Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities to ensure facilities, equipment, and machinery operate safely and efficiently. Lead maintenance associates, schedule preventive maintenance, and respond to equipment breakdowns while ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. Inspect buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to identify needs, assign work orders, and monitor task completion. Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance associates, maintain records, and coordinate outside contractors. Assist during emergencies such as fire alarms or medical incidents. Requires two years of engineering or maintenance experience, strong safety knowledge, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced professional with a minimum of two years of experience in an Engineering or Maintenance role
- preferably in a similar sized hotel property
