Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at Cirq 44 in Phoenix, AZ-led on-site maintenance team for an apartment community. Responsible for hands-on maintenance, supervision of maintenance staff, coaching to meet community goals, training, budgeting input, bid recommendations, safety and regulatory compliance, preventative maintenance, after-hours emergency coverage, and ensuring curb appeal and resident satisfaction. Requires experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry; ability to drive locally for property management tasks; strong communication and customer-service orientation; willingness to participate in on-call rotation; lifting up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Full-time with comprehensive benefits and starting pay range $39-$40/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience
- 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
- 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
- Technical experience with drills, saws, grinders, electrical testers, HVAC, plumbing tools, appliance repair, general carpentry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance
- On-call rotation willingness
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
