Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at Grove Loveland Apartments in Loveland, CO. Responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and supervision of on-site maintenance staff, hands-on completion of work orders, coaching the team to meet community goals, and ensuring curb appeal and resident satisfaction. Assists the Community Manager with annual budgeting and bid recommendations; enforces state regulations and CONAM policies; performs preventative maintenance on equipment and systems; participates in an after-hours on-call rotation; ensures safety and operational standards; requires local driving for property management tasks. Key qualifications include 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, 2+ years in the multi-family sector, 1-2 years in a supervisory role, and strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
- 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
- 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
- Technical experience with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- On Call Rotation willingness
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance
