Job Summary
Supervise building and vehicle maintenance for Agency facilities, ensuring safety and operational readiness. Manage vehicle fleet upkeep and oversee repairs with a focus on premium standards for grounds maintenance. Develop a preventative maintenance program, handle compliance records, and adapt operations per transportation guidelines from DOT. Train staff on safety protocols, manage fire protection systems, and submit weekly maintenance reports. Requires strong problem-solving skills, physical strength to lift 85 pounds, and a valid driver’s license. Education requirements include an associate's degree or equivalent experience in construction/maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in building trades OR completion of advanced vocational training plus four (4) years of paid experience in construction/maintenance.
- Proven ability to work as a partner with people at all levels of command and external vendors.
- Possess a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
- Ability to meet all physical requirements of the role without restriction.
