Job Summary
Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor role leading a crew in multifamily, data centers, and commercial settings in the DMV. 70% field work, 30% supervision. Responsibilities include safety and preventive maintenance (dryer vent cleaning, fireplace cleaning, smoke detector inspection/replacement, HVAC coil & drain line cleaning), exterior restoration (building wash/soft-wash, window washing, gutter cleaning, TPO roof cleaning), setting the pace for quality and safety, running daily huddles, task assignment, and client walkthroughs. Document work with before/after photos and logs; coach technicians and enforce OSHA basics. Requires 3+ years in related fields with crew lead experience; able to lift 50+ lbs; valid driver’s license. Schedule is full-time, Mon–Fri, with travel across the DMV and occasional overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in building maintenance, restoration, Power tools, HVAC or related field roles with some crew lead experience.
