Maintenance Supervisor - Coeur D'Alene Plaza

Maintenance Supervisor overseeing on-site maintenance operations at multifamily properties, leading maintenance technicians, prioritizing and completing requests, conducting daily property inspections, managing work orders, overseeing repairs (interior/exterior painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, appliances, pest control), coordinating unit turnovers with the Community Manager, and developing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Requires 5 years of supervisor experience, strong leadership, ability to work with limited supervision, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; salary $21-$23/hour; benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, EAP, and more.
