Job Summary
Oversee all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities at the CNG fuelling station, developing schedules, shutdown plans, and work programs to minimize operational downtime. Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and third-party providers by assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating staff development. Analyze equipment failures to implement root cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance strategies, while monitoring KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement activities to optimize resource allocation within financial constraints. Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies through routine inspections, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations. Submit maintenance performance reports and operational updates to support management in strategic planning and asset management decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years of maintenance experience within CNG stations, LNG facilities, gas processing plants, manufacturing environments, power plants, or the oil and gas sector
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and industrial assets
- Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
