Job Summary
Supervise maintenance operations for residential apartments, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. Manage housekeeping/janitorial staff, maintenance technicians, caretakers, and grounds keepers. Conduct daily inspections of property appearance and execute preventive maintenance documentation. Oversee inventory and purchasing of maintenance supplies. Responsible for pool maintenance compliance and on-call emergencies as per Community Manager's request. Requires a high school diploma, three years of experience in property maintenance, and ability to meet physical demands of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three plus years maintenance experience in residential property
Desired Qualifications
- Pool and HVAC certification
- Boiler certification
Additional Requirements
- Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Driver must have reliable means of transportation
- Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business
