Job Summary
Experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across Mills Properties communities. Oversee maintenance operations, including appearance, safety, preventative maintenance, repairs, and the make-ready process, with responsibility for resident experience and timely response to service requests. Direct daily maintenance activities, schedule preventive maintenance, manage make-readies, and coordinate safety training. Communicate with the property office, participate in inspections with lenders/investors, monitor inventory and budget, and uphold property standards and compliance (Fair Housing, ADA). Demonstrate servant-first leadership, mentor staff, handle on-call emergencies, and maintain efficient, cost-effective operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; trade school degree preferred
- Minimum five years’ maintenance experience, including tile, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- EPA Certification Type I and II, or Universal, and CPO certification required
- CAMT certification preferred, but not required
