Job Summary
Oversee and perform technical maintenance ensuring buildings, grounds, and amenities meet standards for safety and functionality. Manage the maintenance team, conduct interviews and train new hires, and execute the "Make Ready" process from start to finish. Diagnose defects, complete work orders, and inspect contractor and employee work to verify quality and compliance with codes. Maintain spare parts inventory, assist in budget development, and resolve resident complaints while adhering to OSHA and safety regulations. Schedule includes 40 hours weekly with evening, weekend, and holiday call-outs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations
- 1 - 3 Years Supervisor Experience
- 1 - 3 Years Management Experience
- Current Valid Driver's License
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- A valid Certified Pool Operator or a Certified Spa and Pool Operator certificate
- all certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications

- 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
