Job Summary
Train, direct, and motivate site maintenance personnel while monitoring the property for repairs and replacements. Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units, performing preventative maintenance and assessing appliances as needed. Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents and create a safe work environment, with occasional on-call duties. Requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and EPA certification. Located at Chapel Ridge of Gallatin, a 208-unit community in Gallatin, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license
- Valid insurance
