Maintenance Supervisor - Chandler Residences

Conduct general and higher-level maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. Respond promptly to resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance on pools, exterior lighting, and filters while conducting apartment inspections. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, maintaining a clean work area and tools. Work an on-call schedule including weekends and nights. Requires minimum three years of multifamily maintenance experience, one to two years of supervisory experience, refrigeration certification, and a valid driver's license.
