Job Summary
Respond to all work orders professionally and timely, reviewing scope of work and assigning tasks to appropriate service providers while following through on completion. Address emergency work orders after hours and on weekends as necessary, and source and negotiate pricing with outside vendors. Manage maintenance and repair expenses efficiently, oversee upkeep of common areas, building exteriors, unit interiors, and grounds, and prepare vacant units. Report and document property damage, resident incidents, and liability issues. Adhere to company policies and federal regulations. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with rotational on-call emergencies.
