Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-family property overseeing all phases of physical maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, prioritizing work schedules, controlling expenses, enforcing preventive maintenance programs, ensuring safety and compliance (MSDS, life/safety, Fair Housing), conducting move-in/move-out inspections, maintaining inventory and records, performing on-call emergency services, and coordinating with the Property Manager on staffing, training, and capital-improvement projects. Requires 1+ years of property maintenance experience with prior supervisory experience and a college/technical certificate (or equivalent). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and strong communication, organizational, and safety‐minded skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Property Maintenance Experience is preferred
- Prior Supervisory experience is required
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
