Job Summary
Provide Maintenance employees with guidance, direction, and supervision in support of departmental operations. Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance operations within your assigned area of responsibility. Promptly address performance issues and actively promote company policies, especially safety plans. Maintain a positive work environment by communicating regularly with shop floor employees and responding to concerns. Keep work areas well-organized and productive while collaborating to achieve department and company goals. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Requires flexibility for shift assignments, weekends, and holidays to support continuous operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Two-year college degree
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/operational environment
- Prior experience troubleshooting industrial automation (instruments, electrical drives and PLCs)
- Practical understanding of industrial/maintenance principles, standards, methods and practices
- Knowledge of disciplined problem-solving methods
- Flexibility in terms of shift assignments and/or rotations, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work extensive hours in support of continuous operations
- Working knowledge of (MS Office, Outlook, Work and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
