Job Summary
Maintenance Leader (Supervisor) – beverage manufacturing facility in City of Industry, CA, to oversee maintenance on a high-speed production line, drive equipment uptime, and lead a line leadership trio with a Process Engineer and a Production Line Leader. Responsibilities include reviewing and prioritizing work orders within 24 hours, maintaining backlog, leading daily maintenance meetings, coordinating planned stops, scheduling activities per the maintenance plan, optimizing line startup/shutdown, ensuring accurate maintenance documentation, developing One Point Lessons and training production team members, monitoring maintenance KPIs, supporting AM/BDE/CL/CIL initiatives, driving improvement from data trends, implementing Change Management-driven equipment design changes, coordinating with storeroom on parts, participating in vendor tests, and acting as a subject matter expert for plant maintenance systems while championing safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Leader in a manufacturing environment (food & beverage or CPG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of preventive and autonomous maintenance systems
- Skilled in maintenance planning, work order management, and continuous improvement
- Effective communicator with leadership skills and a collaborative approach
- Familiar with CMMS systems, equipment documentation, and technical schematics
