Job Summary
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on corrugating equipment while troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside your team. Lead daily maintenance activities, prioritize work based on production demands, and ensure preventative maintenance is executed on schedule. Support, coach, and develop M2P Technicians on-site while coordinating closely with customer plant leadership and internal teams. Drive continuous improvement in uptime and efficiency, and promote safety and quality standards. This hands-on role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics. Preferred experience includes the corrugated industry, PLC troubleshooting, and customer-facing environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior leadership or lead experience preferred
- Corrugated industry experience
- PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
- Experience in a customer-facing or service-driven environment
