Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for Valkommen Plaza Apartments in Rockford, IL. Directs maintenance staff, delegates work orders, reviews and orders parts or schedules services to complete resident repairs. Performs wall, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets. Requires HVAC/EPA certification, 3+ years supervisory experience, 7+ years maintenance experience, own tools, ability to move heavy equipment, and on-call availability. Required Qualifications

- own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical

- background screening and drug test required
- CPO certifications preferred
