Job Summary
Apartment Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance and repairs for the apartment community, leads a team of service technicians, and handles HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and pool maintenance. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, preparing vacant units, on-call emergency service, grounds upkeep, inventory control, and collaborating with the Community Manager. The role also involves training and supervising staff and assisting in capital improvement projects to ensure an exceptional resident living experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- EPA certification and/or HVAC license
- 5-7 years general maintenance experience
- valid driver's license
