Job Summary
Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor leading maintenance operations at a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). Oversees equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance personnel in a fast-paced production environment; supervises maintenance technicians, manages preventive maintenance and repairs, troubleshoots conveyors, balers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and controls; maintains mobile and facility equipment; coordinates vendors and contractors; supports safety, compliance, and plant uptime.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures
- Valid driver's license
