Job Summary
Hands-on Maintenance Supervisor leading operations at a newly renovated apartment community in Hattiesburg, MS. Responsibilities include overseeing building systems, grounds, and amenities; handling service requests and apartment turns to ensure homes are ready for new residents; troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and other systems; on-call rotation for emergencies; scheduling and supervising vendors and projects; managing inventory and budgets; mentoring maintenance staff; ensuring OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards; and delivering exceptional resident service and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification
- Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair experience
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
