Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff for multi-unit residential properties, overseeing repairs on mechanical equipment, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Diagnose problems, disassemble units, and perform or assign routine to difficult tasks including HVAC, door installations, wiring, and pipe replacements. Manage vendor relationships by creating specifications, securing bids, and negotiating services. Recommend new hires, handle discipline, and lead training and performance appraisals for the team. Requires 3–4 years of commercial property experience, a high school diploma, and valid driver's license. Full benefits package and 401(k) match provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma / GED
- 3 - 4 Years: Commercial or Multi-unit Property
- Computer and smart phone literacy
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities
- Valid Driver's License
