Job Summary
Respond to resident service requests for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs while performing preventative maintenance on pools, exterior lighting, and filters. Manage inventory and care for all property supplies and equipment, maintaining a clean work area. Use hand tools and test equipment to diagnose and fix issues, requiring physical stamina for lifting up to 100 pounds, pushing 300 pounds, and climbing ladders up to 40 feet. Work on an on-call basis including weekends and nights for an on-call bonus. Minimum three years of multifamily maintenance experience and one to two years of supervisory experience required. Refrigeration certification and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal)
- Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
- CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied)
