Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring Life Safety Code compliance and the upkeep of the facility’s physical plant, equipment, grounds, and utilities. Follows health, sanitary, and infection control policies and adheres to the community administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures. Oversees maintenance operations on a full-time basis with Monday–Friday shifts, leveraging leadership skills to manage environmental services and maintenance staff in a skilled nursing facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry
