Job Summary
Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance while overseeing and inspecting work by maintenance staff. Manage the system for resident service requests and assist the manager in coordinating staff schedules. Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings and maintain accurate records for preventive maintenance requests and expenditures. Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance across all trades at Bear Valley Apartments in Denver, CO. Requires at least two years as a Maintenance Supervisor with experience managing 150+ units and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $33 to $34 per hour with monthly bonuses and profit sharing. This role begins in December 2025.
Required Qualifications
- Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units
- Must have experience in all trades
- Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties
- Must submit to a background check and drug-screen
