Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and repair of facility, production equipment, and support systems including ammonia, boilers, electrical, and HVAC. Provide supervision to the maintenance team, foster a collaborative environment, and execute assigned tasks per directives. Conduct regular maintenance on designated production equipment, utilize advanced troubleshooting to resolve support system issues, and comply with GMPs and SOPs. Maintain accurate logbooks, identify process improvement opportunities, and assist production areas while training staff on fillers, forklifts, and production lines. Perform scheduled maintenance and gain competence on online circuits and facility hookups. Work a rotating weekend shift from 6pm to 6:30am.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of GED or High School Diploma
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in the mechanical field/trades or within a plant/manufacturing environment
- N1 6pm-630am rotating weekend shift
Desired Qualifications
- An AAS in industrial/manufacturing engineering
- Technical training or an electrical/mechanical technician degree, or equivalent experience in the field
- Familiarity with boilers, ammonia refrigeration, air compressors, air handling units, HVAC, and packaging equipment
- Understanding of Dairy Process Systems
