Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for preparing market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping), completing resident service requests, and performing a range of maintenance functions (plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, life safety). Supervises 1-5 staff; handles on-call emergency procedures; ensures compliance with state/local/federal housing laws and codes; participates in training to stay current; delivers superior customer service to residents and coworkers; maintains tools/equipment and enforces company standards. Requires valid driver’s license and HVAC license. Educational requirement: high school plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job training with 3 years related experience; opportunity for career advancement and benefits.
