Job Summary
Manage building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment by conducting room and equipment inspections to identify repair needs. Plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules while assisting with vendor proposals and hands-on repair work. Coach maintenance associates, ensure they have necessary tools and supplies, and lead by example to complete technician-level tasks as needed. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
