Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor at RangeWater in Atlanta, GA oversees the maintenance team and makes ready processes, handles resident service work orders, inspects work for quality and safety, manages budget and inventory, coordinates with the Community Manager, and ensures compliance with safety standards and codes. The role requires lead experience, ability to hire/train staff, hands-on maintenance and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and proficiency with property management software. EPA refrigerant certifications and OSHA/MSDS knowledge are required, with weekend and after-hours availability as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and MSDS regulations
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Certified Pool Operator or Certified Spa and Pool Operator certification
- Valid Driver's License
- 1-3 years supervisor experience in maintenance
- 2-3 years apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
- Strong communication and delivery skills
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site)
