Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for two apartment communities in Tigard and Portland, OR. Responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, participating in an on-call after-hours rotating schedule, performing and coordinating repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general carpentry, and ensuring timely turnovers and high-quality work. Duties include inspecting common areas and units, maintaining safety and building-code compliance, managing vendor work and inventory, and delivering excellent resident-facing service. Requires 2+ years of multi-family maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, own hand tools, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Work hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with on-call responsibilities; 90% property grounds inspection and 10% office work; frequent lifting 20-50 pounds; potential weekend work. Required Qualifications
