Maintenance Supervisor responsible for on-site multifamily property maintenance across two Portland-area communities, overseeing general maintenance, inspections, and on-call responses. Duties include completing work orders within 24 hours, performing electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, pool (if applicable), groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks; ensuring preventive repairs and compliance with building codes, fire/safety regulations, and vendor management; coordinating apartment turnovers within three days of vacancy; maintaining tool inventory and a clean maintenance shop; delivering professional resident interactions and high standards of curb appeal; collaborating with the Property Manager and attending trainings. Requires 2+ years of multi-family maintenance experience, High School Diploma or equivalent, own hand tools, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States.
