Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for managing and performing maintenance across two apartment communities (Tamaryn and Cross Creek). Duties include completing preventative repairs, inspections of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry; coordinating on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies; ensuring turnover efficiency (pre- and post-move-out inspections); maintaining facilities to building codes and safety regulations; overseeing janitorial tasks and pool/spa maintenance if applicable; interacting with residents professionally; coordinating with vendors and obtaining bids; maintaining inventory and ensuring high standards of curb appeal and customer service. Requires authorization to work in the United States, a High School diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and 2+ years of multi-family maintenance experience; own hand tools are required.
