Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee all maintenance operations, including routine interior and exterior repairs, snow/ice removal, HVAC servicing, and plumbing. Respond promptly to resident service requests while preparing market-ready apartments for move-in. Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Implement preventative maintenance schedules, manage vendor relationships for landscaping and painting, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Maintain resident privacy and uphold professional conduct while delivering superior customer service. Requires flexibility for on-call, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience
- Prior experience in personnel supervision
- HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a multi-family housing environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including email and maintenance management software
- Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and holidays
