Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor for Arcan Capital oversees all maintenance operations, leads and develops a maintenance team, and ensures interior/exterior repairs, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping meet high standards while delivering exceptional resident service. Responsibilities include managing service requests, safety/compliance with OSHA and housing regulations, coordinating with vendors, training staff, and maintaining asset quality across multi-family properties in GA. Must demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise in HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry/mechanical systems, and effective problem-solving and coaching abilities to uphold maintenance standards.
