Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee all maintenance operations, including routine interior and exterior repairs, snow/ice removal, HVAC servicing, and plumbing. Respond promptly to resident service requests while managing vendor relationships for landscaping and painting. Recruit, train, and supervise the maintenance team, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols and housing regulations. Prepare apartments for move-in through painting, carpet repairs, and general maintenance. Requires on-call flexibility, weekends, and holidays, with HVAC and EPA certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience
- Prior experience in personnel supervision
- HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a multi-family housing environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including email and maintenance management software
- Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and holidays
