Job Summary
Oversee all maintenance operations including routine interior and exterior repairs, snow/ice removal, HVAC servicing, and groundskeeping. Respond promptly to resident service requests while managing vendor relationships for contracted services. Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety protocols, fair housing regulations, and OSHA standards. Work on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience
- Prior experience in personnel supervision
- HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and holidays
- Adherence to OSHA, fair housing, and regulatory standards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a multi-family housing environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including email and maintenance management software
