Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading the maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units, respond promptly to service requests, and ensure market-ready units meet leasing demand. Oversees preventative maintenance, coordinates with vendors/contractors, conducts move-in inspections, maintains maintenance logs, schedules work orders, and ensures safety and compliance with OSHA. Requires knowledge of plumbing, pool, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and related trades; supervises staff, maintains inventories, and upholds professional standards and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- three to five years of experience in facility maintenance and mechanical repair
- EPA Type II or Universal license
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
