Job Summary
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority and manage a preventative maintenance program. Make Ready and turn units between tenants while performing painting, staining, drywalling, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Work hand in hand with the Property Manager on monthly budget reviews and oversee exterior structural maintenance. Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone and supervise two or more employees. This role requires five years of maintenance experience, including two in multi-family housing, with the ability to manage up to 200 units. Pre-employment screenings include criminal background and drug checks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in maintenance
- Experience managing/supervising 2+ employees
- Experience managing maintenance in up to 200 units
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties
- Pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check
- Drug screening
