Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Coordinate daily maintenance activities across Port Arthur and Westlake facilities by prioritizing, scheduling, and communicating work orders to ensure equipment readiness. Drive communication between operations and front-line supervision to align maintenance priorities with production impact while managing labor resources. Mentor front-line leadership and technicians on technical proficiency, resource management, and feedback loops to strengthen team performance. Ensure 100% alignment with regulatory activities, safety protocols, and performance metrics such as PM compliance and backlog management. Manage warehousing and inventory for HYCO spares, collaborate with engineering teams on capital project recommendations, and support required leadership audits. Requires 5+ years in petrochemical environments, SAP skills, and on-call responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Strong SAP skills

- 5+ years in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment with maintenance, and/or operations roles
- Prior supervisory experience
