Maintenance Supervisor - Andover at Crabtree

Job Summary
Perform general and higher level maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. Respond timely to resident service requests and participate in preventative maintenance for pools, exterior lighting, filters, and apartment inspections. Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment while caring for and inventorying all property supplies. Work on an on-call basis including weekends and nights for an on-call bonus. Use hand tools, test equipment, and a hand-truck while lifting up to 100 pounds and climbing ladders up to 40 feet. Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods and push up to 300 pounds on wheels. Make ordinary apartment homes spectacular.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
- 1-2 years supervisory experience
- Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal)
- Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
- CPO certification (if required in the state and location applied)
Desired Qualifications
