Job Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of three maintenance technicians, providing leadership, technical expertise, and mentoring in maintenance practices. Responsibilities include ensuring safety protocols, conducting department reporting, and supporting preventative maintenance projects and programs. Ideal candidates should have experience in robotic welding, stamping/assembly, and electrical troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Maintenance Supervision experience or 3+ years as a Lead Maintenance Technician
- Technical knowledge of presses, compressors, and/or chillers
- Electrical troubleshooting experience with 480V 3 phase systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Maintenance Reporting Systems
- High School Diploma or GED
