Job Summary
Maintains and repairs injection molding and other manufacturing equipment; coordinates setup, installation, and preventive maintenance; leads and organises Maintenance Technicians to ensure timely production of quality parts; collaborates with OEMs and outsourced services; oversees onboarding and mentorship for staff; drives improvements in efficiency, requests equipment and supplies for timely repair, and contributes to purchases and timing of replacements; monitors maintenance work orders and building control systems; enforces Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies and company core values.
Required Qualifications
- High school education coursework or GED required
- Two-year technical degree in manufacturing or industrial technology in a manufacturing setting preferred
