Job Summary
Oversee personnel in maintenance, landscaping, and housekeeping departments while performing minor repairs on buildings and equipment. Coordinate major repairs with licensed vendors, execute preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems, and assist with pool maintenance. Complete daily checklists, monitor inventory, and respond to resident service or emergency requests. Obtain estimates, order parts, and lead renovation projects including plaster, drywall, and painting. Meet daily with management to report status and set priorities. Monday through Friday with occasional weekend on-call rotation for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- GED
- Trade school
- 6 years of maintenance and repair experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
