Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for maintaining all physical aspects of the property, ensuring service requests are completed within 24 hours, hiring/training/managing maintenance staff, supervising outside contractors, establishing a preventative maintenance program to minimize repairs, ensuring vacant units are move-in ready, managing the property budget, maintaining the hazard communications program and safety standards, and serving as the on-call representative. Requires 2-3 years of property management maintenance experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting. Drug testing and background screening are required.
