Job Summary
Oversee maintenance and repair operations for 4400 Syracuse Apartments in Denver, CO. Lead and supervise maintenance staff, diagnose and delegate routine tasks, manage resident service requests, coordinate scheduling, conduct regular safety meetings, and maintain records of preventive maintenance and expenditures. Requires at least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience, multi-trades expertise, and experience managing 150+ units. Must be a team player with strong customer service, and hold a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
