Job Summary
Supervise hourly Electro Mechanic Technicians to ensure PM completion, minimize downtime, and achieve performance standards in cost, safety, and productivity. Lead maintenance efforts including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and TPM initiatives while managing vendors and resource conservation. Train frontline employees, align team agendas with the Annual Operating Plan, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. Work within the 3rd shift (5:30 pm – 6:00 a.m., Sunday – Wednesday) with a rotation schedule every 6-8 weeks. This role supports the Supply Chain team and Maintenance & Engineering Manager at Tropicana Brands Group, a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo, to drive organizational transformation and operational excellence across the juice manufacturing portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably a B.S. in Science, Engineering, or Maintenance Technologies, or comparable work experience (at least 5+ additional years)
- 5+ years in a high speed Manufacturing environment, required
- Must have permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization (citizen, green card, or unrestricted EAD)
- Working Schedule: 3rd shift 5:30 pm – 6:00 a.m. Sunday – Wednesday (Saturday or Sunday rotation every 6-8 weeks)
